python-input-pad software package provides On-screen Input Pad to Send Characters with Mouse - python, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-input-pad
python-input-pad is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-input-pad package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-input-pad *
You will get with python-input-pad package name, version, architecture and description in a table
